Call for nomination of candidates for EAMBES 2018 Councillor positions

The Council is the highest authority of EAMBES and is the driving force in fulfilling its charitable objectives. By standing as a candidate for this election you (and your organization) will take a leading role in supporting Biomedical Engineering in Europe.

This year the Alliance calls for Four Councillor positions. Councillors normally serve on the EAMBES Council for two years, and are expected to participate in the Annual Council and General Assembly meetings (usually in Brussels) and one other physical meeting that will be organized at some main BME scientific meeting and about three annual tele-conferences.

EAMBES is seeking Councillors who are motivated and are actively willing to contribute to various EAMBES initiatives throughout the year. In order to maintain balance in the Council, nominations are sought especially from those representing Societies or Academic Programmes, Institutes or Research Centres and certainly also amongst those who are Fellows of EAMBES.

The current composition of the Council may be found through the following link:, where the Statute and By-laws can also be found.

If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else in your organization for the position of Councillor at EAMBES, please send an email to Αυτή η διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου προστατεύεται από κακόβουλη χρήση. Χρειάζεται να ενεργοποιήσετε την Javascript για να τη δείτε. by 22nd January 2018:
